As a Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer, I value the impact that food and movement can have on the body and mind.
Over the past 10 years I’ve had the privilege to work with individuals of all ages and levels of fitness. I’ve seen the frustration of the constant change in trends of food and fitness can have, and I’m here to be a guide through the current research. I will lead you through safe and effective workouts that have you feeling your best.

When I’m not creating workouts, I value time with my husband, dog (Darla), and friends. I love being outside, especially if it includes warm weather and sunshine.
